Well the majority of our readers these days can access the Internet so the information for each System Rule must be freely available on the Internet. All Rules must be clear. No either or Rules such as it must be this or that. It has to be one thing or the other.

FOR EXAMPLE: You can’t say must be TAB 1 or equal top weight. It must be one thing or the other but you could say must be equal top weight and then incorporate a separate Rule such as must be TAB 1 to 4, not to say that is necessarily a good or bad Rule.

Another example is: “Must be placed or beaten no more then three lengths”. Once again your Rule set could say: “Must be Placed last start” and then a Rule saying “Must have finished within three lengths of the winner” or it could be just “finished within X lengths”

All Systems must be based on Australian Races covered by all three of the major TAB’s. All returns are based on Best of Three Totes which is available for all Australian Gallops Races at Betezy.com.au

No Staking Plans are allowed as part of the System. All testing will be based on level stakes only. The basis for your bets are not overly restricted i.e. you can nominate a place only System or a win only System or an each way System but you can’t apply a variation e.g. you can’t say: “Bet for the win up to $4 or bet each way if $5 or better” as in practice you won’t know this until close to race start time.

All System Bets must be able to be placed prior to the commencement of Racing at the venue or venues where selections occur. All Selections must be emailed to wrc@hunterlink.net.au or Faxed: (02) 4951 7364 to Horse Racing Australia Magazine prior to the first race of the day.

All entries will be judged by our Form Analysis Staff and their decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Any balances in entrant’s and finalists Betezy.com.au Account will be available to keep subject to Betezy’s normal Terms and Conditions.

All System entries must be accompanied by an official Entry Form, however Photocopies and Digital Scans are acceptable. Strictly one entry per Competitor.
